Seasonal Blends Offer Year-Round Delight!
Our roasters craft unique blends inspired by the season using the latest harvests of delicious beans. The nuances may change, but not the promise of palate-pleasing perfection every day of the year.
Our current seasonal offering, Snowshoe, features a perfect flurry of beans from Peru, Colombia, and Ethiopia. Snowshoe is ready to keep you from hibernating with sweet sipping notes of deep molasses, rich chocolate, and hints of orange.
Our next release is Pollinator late winter/early spring.
Roast: Medium
Acidity: Snappy
Acidity: Smooth
Aroma: toasted chestnut, dark chocolate, nutmeg
Tasting Notes: butterscotch, strawberry, toasted walnut, spirit bitters; dry champagne-like finish
